Return & Refund Policy

At SnapTrek, we want you to love your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most full-priced items purchased through our online store, provided that:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order;
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging;
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance;
  • Gift cards or digital products;
  • Any item that has been used, worn, washed, or altered;
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at refund@snaptrek.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo(s) if the item is faulty or damaged

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping

  • For change of mind returns, you’ll be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • For damaged or faulty items, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or offer an exchange at no extra cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SnapTrek is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
